Welcome to BigFanBro. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms:

1. Platform Usage
  • BigFanBro is an audience sentiment platform for creators. Data displayed is public sentiment and user-generated, with creator data sourced via the YouTube API.
  • Users must provide honest, factual feedback when voting or writing reviews. Hate speech, harassment, discriminatory content, artificial manipulation of ratings, automated voting or bot usage, and failure to respect cooling-off periods between votes are strictly prohibited.
  • By using the platform, users agree to comply with the Information Technology (IT) Act, 2000, and applicable Indian cyber laws.
2. User Conduct
  • Users must vote and interact respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate content is prohibited.
  • Prohibited activities include attempting to manipulate ratings, creating multiple accounts, harassing creators or other users, spreading false information, and attempting to breach platform security.
  • Misuse of the platform for false or defamatory activities will result in account suspension.
  • Users agree to indemnify and hold BigFanBro harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from their actions on the platform.
  • BigFanBro reserves the right to remove any content, including reviews, at any time upon review if it violates platform guidelines or terms of use.
3. User Reviews
  • Users can submit reviews on creator profiles. Reviews must be honest, constructive, and relevant.
  • Fake reviews, spam, or defamatory content will be removed.
  • BigFanBro reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that violate these guidelines.
4. Fan Boosts and Payments
  • Fan Boost payments are made to BigFanBro and do not go to the YouTuber.
  • Purchasing a Fan Pass allows users to boost any YouTuber for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
  • Boosting only affects rankings on BigFanBro and does not impact YouTube rankings or YouTube’s official analytics.
  • Payments for Fan Passes are non-refundable unless legally required.
  • All payments include applicable taxes as per Indian law (GST, if applicable).
  • Misuse of the Fan Boost system, including fraudulent transactions or unauthorized payments, may result in suspension.
5. Age Requirements
  • Users must be 18 years or older.
  • Users must be 18 years or older to use paid features.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts if age verification fails.
6. Content and IP
  • BigFanBro owns all platform-related intellectual property.
  • YouTube-related content is subject to YouTube's terms.
  • Creator names, images, and metrics are sourced from the YouTube API and comply with YouTube’s Developer Policies.
  • BigFanBro does not claim ownership of creator content. All copyrights belong to their respective owners.
  • Memes featured on the platform may be user-uploaded or sourced from public platforms. BigFanBro does not own or claim ownership of the memes.
  • Memes and polls featuring creators are intended for entertainment purposes only. No offense to creators is intended, and associations with memes are purely for fun based on public content.
  • If an creator or meme owner feels their content has been misused, it can be removed upon request.
7. Compliance with YouTube Guidelines
  • BigFanBro adheres to YouTube’s policies, including YouTube API Services Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. Users must not misuse YouTube-related data.
  • Any issues related to creator content, memes, comments, or reviews can be reported and removed upon request for review and resolution.
  • BigFanBro may remove any content deemed inappropriate or in violation of these terms at any time, after review.
8. Accuracy of Data
  • Data displayed (e.g., sentiment ratios, rankings, reviews, comments) is based on user inputs and public YouTube data. BigFanBro is not liable for inaccuracies.
  • BigFanBro is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
9. Compliance:
  • BigFanBro respects creator and platform guidelines.
  • Any issues can be reported to us for review and resolution.
  • BigFanBro complies with India’s Information Technology (IT) Act, 2000 and its amendments.
  • As per the IT Act, we:

    • 1. Do not host or promote unlawful content.

    2. Have a mechanism to remove objectionable content when reported.

    3. Securely store user data and follow encryption standards where applicable.

10. Changes to terms
  • BigFanBro reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
